VARIETY IS THE SPICE OF LIFE
This year’s challenge is to use a variety of fabrics. There is no minimum number of fabrics but the more the merrier.
The size is up to you, from table runners, wall hangings, and quilts small to big.
The goal is to challenge yourself. Do something you have never done before. Be brave
There are 4 categories to this challenge.
1. Traditionally Pieced Quilt. The block design takes center stage.
2. Art Quilt. Design your own or use a pattern. You may use appliqué, embroidery or other embellishments.
3. Applique Quilt. This may have a pieced background but the appliqué takes center stage. Any type of appliqué is allowed.
4. Quilted Projects. This includes apparel, bags, pillows, hats.
One entry per category is allowed.
Save a piece of each fabric you use to display on poster board or card stock and hand it in with your entry.
There may be a prize for the most creative display.
